An all-day workshop will take 5 to 6 hours to complete – depending off course on how long time you find relevant for a lunch break.
An all-day workshop consists of the following elements:
- an opening exercise
- the first main exercise before lunch
- a lunch break
- an energizer after lunch
- the second main exercise
- a closing exercise
- and a backup exercise (This is for you who find extra time before or after lunch – or for you who find one of your preselected exercises not fitting your group.
